Don,
John Morgan Wallace and Nannie Elizabeth Cecil were my great
grandparents. Some say Nannie is a nickname, and it may be, but I have a
photo of the gravestone with Nannie E. Wallace shown. I have family info
both before and after John and Nannie. Some of the early info came from the
Cecil rootsweb site.
The Gary Glenn Price you refer to is a professor and his e-mail is
ggprice(a)facstaff.wisc.edu. If you post your correspondence at
cecil-l(a)rootsweb.com everyone will have benefit of the information. If I can
provide any info please let me know what you want and I will be happy to sen
it to you.
John W.
Anderson

> I discovered when seeing some of the information that you put on the
Cecil-
Rootsweb that we probably have some common ancestors. If I read it
correctly,
a Gary Glen Price mentioned that his GGrandmother was Nannie Cecil who
married
John Morgan Wallace---I have a J.M. Wallace that I hope is the same
one.
J.M.
Wallace is my GGrandfather and that was all I knew about him. From
reading
all the other names mentioned, I can now recall my grandmother mentioning
names like, Sample. I can also recall going to the Hazel Green Cemetary or
one there which may have been called something else, with my grandmother.
It
all may fit and would like to follow up with whoever this Glen Price
is.
Did
you have this data or did Price? If it was him, do you know how I can
contact
him? I have a lot of data to share after J.M. Wallace, so if you or he
would
contact me about making ends meet, I'd love to get all this
matched. Please
let me know. sirlisle(a)aol.com (don ecton)
