Joseph, son of Benjamin Sollars Cecil (son of Samuel and Rebecca White) was
probably born in Virginia, moved with parents to Kentucky and/or Tennessee,
later moved to Arkansas (some say via Missouri?).� He had a brother, Benjamin
Sollers (or Solomon) Cecil. Quite a prolific bunch!!� Penny
