The current
holder of the Bible would like to donate it back to another Cecil
family member, preferably someone or group in Ohio, or the Historical
Society in Ohio, and lastly back to Virginia. The holder has asked
me to notify this group for suggestions. The holder is not a Cecil
family member and found it unclaimed in San Francisco, CA., and asks
only that the taker pay for shipping and handling charges.
Wow...I'll take it if nobody in that direct line would like it and happy
to
pay for charges! All my data, etc. will be donated per my Family
Trust.
That
bible might do very well someday at the museum in Virginia where the
Cecils
first settled!
Let me know--
