I come from the Cissell line. I tie into the Cecil line somewhere in the
1600’s-it is still conjecture. If you understand that the Brits pronounce
Cecil so that it sounds more like Cissell you would understand how one
branch might stay Cecil’s and another evolve to Cissell’s. The Cissell line
is predominantly the Catholic line out of Colonial MD. That is my line.
The Cecil line was the majority Protestant line.

to the cecil's ? that has to be james harvey cecil .. una is my great great
grandmother .. they are buried up here in Paoli INd .. i know where they are
.. there is also a sally cecil that lived with dora roll . she had a
