Hi, I have recently found some land records that list my G-G-G grandfather
Philip Cecil with his last name spelled "Cissel." I am currently
researching land records and wills for my Cecil line in Allegany County, MD.
I have a lot of research to do still working backwards in time, but maybe
we'll see if it connects to your Cissell line somehow...
