Subject: Re: FW: FW: Looking for all Cecils-Zachariah Cecil
Yes I have the Info on James Finley Ingram AKA Fountain (Don't know where
the
Fountain came in). He was my great grandfather and the only child that
lived out of 3 children.. I cannot find his parents marriage data. His
father
died when he was 3 and his mother died when he was 13.. Supposedly was
raised
by his paternal grandparents, but if that is so, his grandfather was dead
and
his grandmother was remarried to John Springer when John Finley's mother
died... I cannot find any info on her death place (we think Piqua Co. Ohio).
and I can not find James Finley until census of 1850 in Maury Co. Tenn
residing with a cousin and his future wife was in the household too (she was
from NY and a Southern sympathizer) as she was the school teacher in Mt.
Pleasant at that time.. He Yankee line is a mystery too...Can't get
anywhere
on that one... Any thing you can help willl be appreciated and anything
that
I have on the Cecils is yours... Gail
