Spelling of the name might have been
Köllen (with oUmlaut).
Spelling of the town is Hepsisau as Joe pointed out. Hepsisau is now
part of Weilheim an der Teck.
D-73235 Weilheim an der Teck-Hepsisau is located 13km southwest of
Göppingen and about 30km southeast of Stuttgart.
