The Cavitts of Sumner County, TN migrated to Eastern Texas about the same
time as their Armstrong cousins.
(If anyone needs a date, I can likely find an approxmiate
date.)
As far as I have been able to determine the Early Cavitts
and Armstrongs in Texas all came from upper Middle
Tennessee, but my information may not be complete.
