Your petitioner Ann Cavitt, widow of the late A. Cavitt Deceased and
administratrix of his estate most respectfully
asks the court to appoint Commissioners to set apart her moity of said
estate as also to make partition of the slaves amongst Cavitt's children
as is right and jsut under the direction of the Court as also make such
order about guardian for Richard Whitley Cavitt and Volney Cavitt the
only heirs over fourteen as the Court in its wisdom may think proper.
