I B Chance receipt for two notes for ninety dollars each on L W Pinkard,
one due 7th July 1838, the other 7th October same year $180 00. The half
of a note on Massillon Farley for his half being seven hundred and fifty
dollars.
Audited drafts on the Govt or Treasury notes payable 1st May 1840, $750
00.
A receipt of John Brooks for a receipt of George Lane for the
Collection, two notes on Henson Coulter one for $139 00 the other $50 00
and a due bill for five dollars one half to said heirs.
A receipt of James Bradshaw for fifty dollars dated June 20 1835 to have
been paid out in lands. One half belonging to the heirs twenty five
dollars.
A receipt of James Bradshaw for four hundred dollars to have been paid
out in land. One half belonging to W B Loftin the one half of one half
to the heirs $140 00.
A receipt of John Marlin for two hundred dollars with a credit of $81 00
receipted dated June 10 1835 one half and heirs $119 00.
An account against the estate of L Harl deceased for fifty four dollars
with a credit of four dollars acknowledged by A T Moss, administrator.
Received of John H Bills of Tennessee belonging to heirs $157 90.
J Cavitt Armstrong, guardian above named do solemnly swear that the
foregoing is a true and correct inventory of the property real and
personal which has come into my hands belonging to said heirs.
