In the name of God, Amen, I, JOHN CAVIN of Wilkinson county, State of
Mississippi, being in perfect mind and memory thank to God to make and ordain
this my last will and testament. First I give my soul to God my body to be
buried at the Expense of my executor as touching such worldly estate wherein God
has blest me in my past life.
I give and bequeath to JOHN M. CAVIN, my beloved son, all my Estate,real and
personal of what so ever kind either of Debt or dues. and to each of my other
children one dollar to be paid by my executor hereby revocation all former wills
or legecey.
I appoint the said JOHN CAVIN executor of my Estate.
In witness here of I set my hand and seal this twenty third day of January one
thousand eight hundred and sixty one.

In the probate court of said county at the March term AD 1863 there of.
Be it remembered that at the terms of the Probate court of the county of
Wilkinson
State of Mississippi--------
first Monday of March, 1863, Personally appeared JOHN ASHLEY and HARVEY P.
ASHLEY
as witnesses to the last will and testament of JOHN CAVIN, 2 March 1863.
