I am extracting the dates and names and putting it in my own
words so not to violate his copyright but I am including the page
numbers. I believe some of his books are on microfilm through
the LDS church but do not know if this one is available. I can
find out for anyone interested.
page 14 mentions building a road to reach from John Patton to
John Cavins crossing at the shoal on Fergusons Creek above Enoch
Floyds.
page 69, court held third Monday in June 1788, JOHN CAVIN was
called as a Pettit Juror.
page 70, 16 Jun 1788, John Cavin and Alexander Evins gave
evidence to prove the will of John Patton.
page 73, John Cavin called to appear as Pettit Jurors. I failed
to copy the date
page 135, Sept 1790, Joseph Cavin called as Petit Juror.
page 264, 16 July 1799, Joseph Cavin called as Petit Juror.
page 82, John Cavin set on Jury. I failed to copy the date.
