I'm a Cavin and we have several William's in our line but I don't have a
Henry
yet.
The reason I'm posting is America.
My great Grandmother once told me we had an America in the family. Female.
However I was never clear as to whether she was on the Cavin, Wood, or Barnes
sides. My great Grandfather was Joseph Marion Cavin married to (supposedly) Mary
Ann Axie Wood. However I have never found anything about her parents.
Back to William Cavin. I show 7 William Cavin and one Will. One of the William's
and the Will both are in the right time period for you but I have no information
except name on Will and his syblings and Parents and only April of 1884 as a
tentive date for William with his syblings and parents. doesn't help either of
us with America but maybe if we work together we might come across information
we can share.
You can email me and I can give you what I have on these two Cavin's. I also
have several cousins working the Cavin line so I will email and see if any of
them has a connection in their records. energywalker(a)earthlink.net
