This doesn't have the Cavin name in it but since families lots of time
travel to the same areas I thought maybe this might help some one.
Cavins were also in the area of Bedford Co.

Families who went to Ark for Bedford Co TN
Forty families left Bedford Co TN in 1849. Most of them were from the
Flat Creek area. They settled in a part of the new state of Ark called
Mine Creed. Michael Womack named the settlement Nashville in honor of
the capitol of the state he had so recently left. The name was
officially adopted in 1856.
This caravan traveled the military road built by the Federal government
to remove the Indians to the west.
Among the families who made the trip are David D. Jones, Jordan Reese,
John B. Chesshir, Solman Reese, William Reese, Anthony Floyd, Andrew
Hale, Wm. Hale, Jordan Hale, W. C. Hale, Richard Copeland, Tyler Bacon,
Issac Murry, Thomas, McClure, John Bacon, Tom Holt, Wm Hudson. Several
Campbell families, Snoddy, Lokey, Thomas McFarland, a Tribble Family and
a Shofner Family.
