in fact Martie W. Caves, not Martie W. Carr. Martie W. Caves stated he
resided with his grandfather as a child, after his father, Merit Cave died in
a forrest fire in the Mark Twain National Forrest. The name "Carr" might be a
typo. This Martie W. Carr or Caves is my grandfather. I know he lived in
Campoint about the turn of the century and said he resided with a grandfather)
