Francis CAVE, apparently the fifth son of Richard CAVE, of Stanford,
co. Northampton, and younger brother of Sir Ambrose CAVE, member
for Leicester in this Parliament, and who was afterwards Chancellor of
the Duchy of Lancaster, 1558 to 1568. He was ancestor of the CAVEs
