Oct 5, 1750: Letter from Sir Thomas CAVE, Stanford Hall which described an earthquake
that occurred when in Church on Sunday Sept 30, 1750.
The Rev. John Nixon describes Sir Thomas CAVE, Baronet of Stanford, near Lutterworth
in Leicestershire, to be a gentleman of good sense and unquestionable veracity.
