Ebenezer Hampton of Port de Grave, Nfld., and Miss EVELYN CAVE,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Cave of Bay Roberts. Miss Alma Martin,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Martin, played the wedding march. The
groom was supported by Mr. Hubert A. Ash, while Miss Florence
Hampton, sister of the groom acted as bridesmaid.

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Albert Cave
announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital
on November 5, 2003 at the age of 67 years. Leaving to mourn
with fond and loving memories are his wife Norma; daughter
Gloria (Glenn) Stone of Corner Brook; sons: Wayne (Denise) of
Brampton, Ontario, Karl (Gayle) of Mt. Pearl, Greg of Brampton,
Ontario and Marcel (Rebecca) of Prince George, British Columbia;
four grandchildren: Sarah, Nathan, Laura and Mackenzie; sisters:
Grace (Cyril) Vincent, Joan (Carl) Gillette, Doris (Robert) Mercer
and Ruth (Eugene) Claire; brothers: Dorman (Joy) Elliott and
Ernest (Laverne) Elliott; and a large circle of nieces, nephews,
relatives and friends. Visitation will take place at Country Haven
Funeral Home, 167 Country Road, today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral services on Saturday, November 8, 2003 at 10:30 a.m.
from Most Holy Redeemer with Father Gale officiating. Interment
at Mount Patricia Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be
made to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Country Haven Funeral

Memorial Hospital, Gander, Annie (Cookie) Cave, of Ladle Cove,
age 72 years. Predeceased by her husband Hubert; daughter Maisie;
sister Pearl; son-in-law, Roland Parsons; and brother-in-law,
Douglas Fancey. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her
daughters, Rosie Parsons of Frederickton, Elizabeth Hart (George) of
Davidsville, Phyllis Cave (Woodrow) of Oakville, ON; sister Goldie
Fancey of Aspen Cove; grandchildren, Rick (Tina) of Aspen Cove,
Rhonda (Fred) of Glenwood, Roderick (Gladys) of Ladle Cove; great-
grandchildren, A.J., Alex, Kendra, Colby, Charity and Samantha; and a
large circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral service was held on
January 11th at the United Church, Ladle Cove with Rev. Roberta
Bungay officiating. Interment followed at the United Cemetery, Ladle
Cove. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Kittiwake Funeral Home,
Musgrave Harbour/Pound Cove.

Passed peacefully away at the Hoyles-Escasoni Complex, St. John`s,
on Friday, January 23, 2004, H. Victor Cave of Bay Roberts, aged 87
years. Predeceased by his sisters: Mae Spencer, Irene Greenland,
Carrie Snow and Florence Cave; brother William. Leaving to mourn his
wife: Gladys, daughters: Annette (Mike) Comerford, Mount Pearl and
Carol (Gerald Parsons) Amherst, Nova Scotia; grandchildren: Sarah
and Noel Comerford and Lori, Gerry, Deanna and Stephen Parsons.
Also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Moore`s
Funeral Home, Bay Roberts, with visitation on Saturday 7-10 p.m.,
Sunday noon-10 p.m. and Monday 10 a.m.-noon. Funeral service on
Monday, January 26, 2004 at 2 p.m. from St. Matthews Anglican Church,
Bay Roberts with interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Bay Roberts.
