Hi ~ Thanks for emailing me. I'll have to find out where my father got that his
"James" came from Ireland. I remember him telling me that his was shown on a
boat's documentation. I don't think we ever talked about the time period.
If I find a different James from the one you have mentioned, I'll let you know (if you
are interested).

Hi ~ I'd also be interested in learning about the "James Causey" line that
Bob has mentioned here. The rumors / legends / lores I've grown up with
are that I am a descendent of a James who was documented as coming from
Ireland and ending up in the Carolinas.
More recently, I have a Denver (GUncle), Daisy (GGrandM), Iris (GrandM),
& Henry (GrandF) Causey in my background..
If this sounds familiar to anyone, I'd love to hear more.
