Hello all, I am also looking for a Caulfield who was Roman Catholic
and
came
from Ireland. The only information I have is Kate Caulfield (aka
Catherine or
Ellen) was in Chicago in 1882 when she married a stonemason. They
married
in
St. Jarlath's R.C. Church in Chicago. She was 22 years of age at
the
time.
There is a possibility she came from Co. Roscommon but that is just a
famly
rumor. Anyone know of a connection? Thanks for any help. Janice

Hi everyone--
I'm still looking for the parents and home village of my great-great
grandfather Joseph Hugh Caulfield, born in Ireland about 1829, came to
Maine
USA about 1848. He was a Roman Catholic and a stonemason. Please let
me
know
if you come across him in your own research. Thanks.
