Hi Judy,
Thanks for the suggestion. Not being total literate with computers, I don't know how
to fix this problem, just know that there has to be a way.
I'm glad you pointed this out as I hadn't noticed it. Any other suggestions?
Maureen in RI,
Listmom

Subject: Caulfield list suggestion.
Hi Maureen,
As a member of this list for some time may I be as so bold to make a suggestion??
On ALL the other mailing lists I belong to there is in the tag/subject line a portion
saying which list the message is coming from. This does not happen in the Caulfield list
so I just get what whomever types in there. If I do not see what list it is from it looks
like junk mail and normally gets deleted on my end. Unless by chance it had the name
Caulfield typed in there somewhere by the sender.
Here are some examples of what is the norm:
Schmcl(a)aol.com [NSROOTS] Ancestors from Pictou, Nova Scotia
Walkersj1(a)excite.com [NORTHEAST] Looking for Smiths
NormaGertz(a)aol.com [RICE-L] Sylvester, Capt. Joseph
this is what I get from the Caulfield list
knitandspin@earthlink. net Re: Annoucement
as you can see I or others have no way of knowing it is coming from the Caulfield list
and with the amount of messages occuring daily to my mailbox I assume it is
"spam" mail and delete it w/o reading. Is there any way to do this on our
Caulfield list? I hope so.
Regards and thanks for listening,
Judy Bruce
