Brian,
I don't know if the John Caulfield was a musician (although it doesn't seem
to run in the family if he was), but he was probably born in Baltimore (or
came to Baltimore at a very early age) (b. 1836). He was married in MO in
1868 to Virilda Milbern. They had a son named Henry who later became
governor of MO. (my John was the father of Henry). Just can't find any
trace of John Caulfield's (1836) family. Thanks for trying to help. I sure
appreciate it.
Best regards,
Terry

Terry,
Are you looking for information regarding the John Caulfield that is
listing in
Maryland and is a musician in the census records? Also, are you
looking for information on the Henry Caulfield, born on St. Helena, that is
the son of Edward Caulfield?
If so, let me know.
Brian Carey
