This Office is the main source of manuscript information for
genealogical research in Ulster. Visitors are welcome Mon-Fri 9.15am-

Records of all births and deaths since 1864 and copies of all marriage
registrations since 1922 in Northern Ireland are held here.
Central records prior to 1922 are held in Dublin, but the Registrar-
General in Belfast will arrange for searches to be made of any births,
marriages or deaths in Northern Ireland before 1922.
