Subject: [CAUDLE] Cordle/Caudle
Paul--
I saw the William and thought it might have a connection to my family, but
I don't think it does.
I am looking for information on the following Cordle/Caudle Family that
came from the Brunswick County area of Virginia(on the N.C. border):
William Cordle m. Lucy George, natives of Surrey, England
children: David Cordle m. Cinthia Jackson(b.about 1766)
daughter of Ephriam Cordle(b.abt
1828) in Brunswick & Priscilla
Phillips(b.abt 1759) in Brunswick
children of David and Cinthia
Ephraim J. Cordle b.1797
Hartwell Cordle b. 1801 in Brunsvick
Jackson Cordle
John Cordle b. 1798
Lucy Cordle b. abt
Margaret Cordle
Martha Cordle
Mary Ann Cordle
Susan & William Cordle- Twins
Littleberry Allen Cordle b. 10-24-1804 in Greenville Co.,
Va. d. 4-24-1891 in Jackson Co., Oh.
My 2nd Great Grandfather is Littleberry Cordle. He and many members of the
family spelled the family name "Caudle". Littleberry and his children
spent most of their lives in Jackson, Jackson County, Ohio.
Anyone with information appreciated!
