Dia duit all, hope y'all are doing well?
The Fourth is coming-up this Tuesday, as we know, & I just wanted to tell
y'all to have a great day but stay safe.
Now to bring genealogy into this message. If you have any relatives who fought in
the Revolutionary War, please feel free to honor them here.
With the Fourth means many family reunions will be occurring now until the end of
summer, this means not only family but food. So please post your family roots & any
family recipes you may have (even if it is one you created). Many may say that recipes
have nothing to do with genealogy so why have members post these? Recipes have a lot to do
with our roots if you think to how our relatives ate & that they were passed-down for
generations in many cases.
One last item then I will let y'all go. Until the end of December I have access
to Heritage Quest which has Revolutionary War Pension files, so if any of y'all would
like for me to see if a relative is listed please feel free to e-mail me off-list for a
look-up.
Smile :),
Lena
