More information would be appreciated if anyone knows other connections
before these. I plan to get dates from churches as I can, and will update
asap.

End of Bible Record
According to the family, they were Baptists.
Connie (last listed) is the only surviving of the list. She was the
fraternal twin of Conrad. I think her brother was a Baptist preacher. Her
husband was the police chief of Chester SC for many years.
My grandmother is Bennie Dewdrop Cato who married Thomas Banks Hindman, one
time magistrate of Chester, SC. Dorothea married Warren K. Smith and lived
in Springfield, SC after marriage, she was well known as a teacher in
Springfield. The three sisters played and sang on radio, starting out
being called the "Cato twins" and then the "Cato sisters." We have a
photo
of the parents and two children of Benjamin and Cora.
The Cato's were Baptists
Frank Pence was methodist, was in the Confederate Army and lost an arm.
Possibly born and raised in Cramerton near Gastonia, NC and married Annie
Laurie Talbert, said to be related to "Stonewall" Jackson, we are still
trying to track this down...Lived in McAdensville, NC. Was also a POW in
"The Bull Pen" but we do not know where that would be. Later he was a mail
carrier using a special small car on the railroad track.
Benjamin Franklin Cato was a "dye man" and traveled around in NC, etc.
ending up in Chester, SC. at the mills there.
Pedigree as I think it would be--I think they didn't really fill the blanks
in the Bible as intended
