Bonnie/Henry
This Mo sterling thing just keeps laying on my mind.
I had often thought that there was a missing generation
between 1730 Henry/Tabitha and 1786 Henry?Polly. If
so old Henry was pushing 50 when younger henry was born.
Sterling certainly born around 1750 would be the missing link.
Why would only Henry/Polly go to Mo where only the rest
of the family belonged to Sterling?
My great grandfather named his sons:
Henry----(could be after grandfather not father)
Richard Samuel
Lewis
William
Harry---Harry named a son Sterling
Many of the Mo Cato's named a son Nathan or Nathaniel
ties them back to Nathan who stayed back in Ky.
As far as for Simeon, we know that he was a neighbor to 1818 John
who we think was a son of Henry and he also lived in the middle of
Richard and Henry's bunch. Many of the family there named a
daughter Rebecca and I would guess from Simeon's wife.
As far as Lewis and Henry both being born in 1786--they could be
twins or Henry's could be a year or so off for Lewis's is etched in stone.
would appreciate any comments
