Didn't know whether we had this complete listing before, so thought I would
post it. Forgive me if redundant.

From 'somewhere' I have that Sterling purchased plates at
this sale,
implying that he was of age to be setting up housekeeping by 1774.
I am interested in this because of the Morris and Thomas 'Floid' mentioned.
In 1732 Brunswick Co OB1 p72 re: the estate of George Catour we have :
"Upon petition of Roger Smith, Edmund McCarthy, securities of the admin of
George Catour's estate, ordered that Matthew Flood and Mary his wife
executors of said Geo Catour's estate, be summoned to court to give new
security." This Mary Catour Flood is the widow of George Catour. I have
been looking for Floods and Fludds, I suppose we should look for Floid or
Floyds in Brunswick Co for some clue as to the names of George Catour's
children?
