After visiting the library I went to the courthouse and found the
following in an old probate index book.
William R. Cato estate didn't get a date but it had to be before
1866 because it was logged before Grandison dated 1866.
Grandison Cato Bk. 2 August 1866

court had decided.
About this time the lady said it is 10 min. until closing (my how time gets
away)
and I hurriedly copied the following.
Simeon Cato estate

Some of these volumes are missing because of fire so on the next trip
I will get there early enough to get to spend some time in the court house.
