at the market-house in town of Sparta, a negro man by the name of
Daniel, belonging to the estate of Benjamin Bryant, deceased...(signed)
Mary Bryant, Admix., Francis Cato, Adm'r. Jan. 3, 1816.
(She said to tell Richard to try to get a copy of the will and see how
Francis was related to Benjamin Bryant. She thinks Elsey may be a
Bryant or one of his children may be.)

awarded...the honors of the Inst., in the following manner:
In geography, english grammer and reading 1st class Lucinda A. B. Cato.

Sept.11, 1811 Jones Co., Georgia...petition of William Binion Sr.
stating he was in possession of 2 deeds of bargain and sale and of a
reciept of one of the deeds executed by Robert Cato..the other deed
executed by William Binion...(these replaced the original deeds which
were destroyed by a fire.)
