Tim:
These could be added/included with the Womersley group from Coveney
records,
it has to be the same family group:-
John Catley farmer of Cridling Stubbs - never married
b. 1817 Cridling Stubbs
died April 16, 1892 Cridling Stubbs,
(have death certificate)
There should be a record somewhere of a Will for this man
as he was a landowner, dying without children,
and that would throw some light on his family.
Ellen (or Eleanor) Catley his sister
b. 1829 - married a Mr Eccles
she was widowed prior to 1881, when she was living with her brother

Thanks Tim,
That is really terrific to get those Coveney records.. one has to assume
that whilst searching
Gerald noted down anything he saw that fitted Catley/variations, so it all
helps
to fill out the jigsaw puzzle. And you haven't done a bad job on the
typing
either!!
There are bound to be missing records, and sod's law would have it that
they
are
bound to be missing just where I need them!! However, Gerald certainly
did
a top job
there.. and I am very thankful to have them. It would be interesting to
see
how many
are on the IGI.
