collection covering 'Archdeaconry Records' for such matters illustrated by
the reference you've quoted.
Seems Yorkshire has something similar at the following website - alas
nothing found for Ms. Catley in 1641 though other matters appear for the
village of Rilston.

Register (Rylstone/Rilston, Yorkshire)
(I have put the punctuation and spelling in exactly as recorded):-
"Rilston, 19 April 1641 Anne Catley hath certified the performance of her
declaration for fornication under the minister and Churchwardens hands, and
is dismissed, William Paler."
