Both Cattleys that you have found belong to my Tree.
As I think I told you when we met, two branches of my Tree were involved in
"Russian Trade" by going out to Old St Petersburg and setting up merchant
businesses there whereas other members stayed at home and formed the UK
"anchor" by forming associated companies trading in Russian imports.
The Cattley and Co was nothing to do with Russian Trade but another branch
...... for "question mark" read paint.
