G'day Liz,
I have copies of the wills of Charles Catley ( b. 4 May 1745; m. 14 Dec
1799; d. Abt 1823) and his wife Mary Wythe which were transcribed for
probate. The copies are not of good quality, being printed versions of
copies downloaded from the The Public Record Office some years ago and now
considerably faded over time. However parts are still readable with
difficulty, taking into account the handwriting at the time.
I have abstracted some.names of various related beneficiaries but I cannot
guarantee the accuracy of the contexts in which they were mentioned.
If you cannot get a better offer from other subscribers I can email scanned
copies to you.
Each will is about four A4 pages in size.

Does anyone have a copy of the wills of George Catley 21/4/1847
Charles of Aspenden or any other wills from Hertfordshire.
I am sure that I had a copy of the first one but I think it was on an old
lap top and not sure if I still have it.
Looking at a preview George was a victualler leaving goods etc to wife
Mary, son Charles, daughter Alice wife of John Craig, daughters Elizabeth,
Ellen and Mary.
Thanks
Liz
