Here is the inscription from the Tower Hill Memorial, but I'm puzzled by
the address given for his parents - all other details are correct.

Yes I can see why you are puzzled re his parents address.
Estimate that Herbert would have been 57 in 1918 and presumably still
working but doing what in Derry I wonder?
