Hi Tim,
I am the one interested in Brodrib connections. My
great-great-grand-father Robert William Catley married Anne Brodrib in
Clutton about 1820-30 and I have had some contact with the Bridrib family
tree.
I would be interested to hear more thank you.
Sorry I have taken so long to reply but we have been renovating a house my
wife and I brought recently and time seems to just flash by.
Thank you
J.Dennis Catley.

Subject: [CAT...] Brodribb connection
Hello all,
Someone is researching a Cat(t)ley line which includes Brodribb. It is a
bit late
tonight to attempt to go through my records but doubtless the
person concerned will pick up on this message.
Just to let you know that whilst scanning through some headings of Cattley
papers
relating to another branch of my family which are held in a British
University Archive, I spotted that there are two letters contained in it
from Brodribb authors.
The first is from a G.B.Brodribb dated 1913 and the second from an
R.A.C.Brodribb
dated 1978.
I have absolutely no idea what information is contained in either letter
but it
strikes me as too coincidental surely, that there could be
Brodribb/Cattley correspondence that is not concerned with genealogical
issues of some sort or another?
If the lister concerned is interested, I will request that the letters be
copied
and sent to me so that I can have a look and see what the content is
for possible interest value and forward if of use.
Please let me know,
Regards ............ Tim C.
