I had wondered how you are getting on with your researches, we have not
heard from you for some time.
OK on your nephew coming over to the UK to do some researching and I assume
that he knows where to start looking as far as archive resources are
concerned for the Midsomer Norton and Bath areas?
Have you tried the International Genealogical Index at least, to try to get
a trace on your Catley ancestor circa 1818?
Do not quite understand your refs to Cornwall and Sussex as this is the
first I have heard of them from you but assume that these are other known
genealogical lines that your nephew will be following up as well?

Hi Tim its Bernie here from Thomas of Bathurst NSW tree , my nephew
will
be arriving over there in around 7 weeks times to do r working holiday with
the tree that Anthony and i have been doin over the past 3 years ,and with
the Brick wall of not be able to find our roots back to England were they
join up . Ive asked him to go to midsomers norton area and Bath were he was
sentenced to c if there any other info to find out and he be doin are DNA
test later to see if and were ur line joins over there , So Tim i let you
know when he gets there as he very interested in doin it , as he see the
other lines of our tree the ruse of cornwall and standens in sussex and
Higgins/ Smith lines and the catley one stops there in 1818 abt .. Bernie
