Hi Bernie and All
I do have a Thomas son of Thomas bap 14/7/1811 Widcombe. I haven't pieced
together the Norton lot yet just gathering info. So far Thomas senior had 2
wives and married them in Bathwick. Thomas was from the second marriage but
it is possable he died as they had another Thomas 29/6/1817 b Holloway.
I will keep you posted if I find more info.
Liz

G'day Bernie,
You are not forgotten, rest assured on that.
It is Liz and self who are taking another look at the two Somerset Catley
families 1) The MSN one and 2) The Cucklington one, starting from the data
supplied by Glynis.
As your Thomas seems to be hiding still, I was wondering if maybe he came
from Bristol and was not either of MSN nor Cucklington origin but on the
other hand as I think you said he was tried at Bath Assizes, that in
itself
suggests he either lived (or committed his offence) in the Bath catchment
area which takes us back to the MSN and Cucklington trees again.
Am sure that Liz has your two Thomas' in mind and will keep looking for
them.
Regards
Tim
