An entry in the above relates to a railway accident and resulting explosion at St Thomas,
Ontario on or about 16July in which 12 people were killed and some 90 injured mostly by
severe burns which were likely to make the final death toll much greater.
Amongst those injured were Georgie and Frankie Cattley who had been in the vacinity of
Union Street at the time and became engulfed in the explosion and fire.
Anybody got Georgie and Frankie on their Tree?

Googling for St. Thomas and Cattley brought up Colin Earl Catley born 1888 in St. Thomas,
Ont. His brothers were Gordon born 1877 and Frank born 1880. Could these be the
"lads" referred to as Georgie and Frankie? If so they survived their burns as
both are shown to have married. This is the Steven Catlay of Normanton tree. Anthony
