If he's a 'John' as opposed as a 'Joseph' - then he is possibly:
John Henry Catley, born 1871 @ Wootton, LIN, third child of John Catley
(1847 Keelby, LIN) and Jane Fox.
The family were at Louth in 1891 - JH being an errand boy - he then appears
to go missing in 1901.
He possibly died in 1958 - Sheffield Reg-Dist.

Going with the initial J and the probability that he was residing in
the
County, I notice six possibles for the period 1875-1880 in the Glanford /
Goxhill / Gainsborough dists.
