Using Catley db as a lead found a record of McAugustus son of George and Eliza Cattley
baptized St Mary Whitechapel 18 May 1830. George was a wine merchant. So now we know where
Cat(t)ley came from - the mystery is the McInnes bit. Anthony

Hi Liz. Try putting a space between Mc and Augustus. Spouse was Jane
McMain. He was a merchants clerk, son of George McInnes (deceased) wine
merchant. A John Catley signed the register. Anthony

Hi All,
Does anyone know anything about
McAugustus Catley Mcinnes married Lambeth 1853 to either Jane Breach or
Jane McMain.
Thanks
Liz
