Yes that's him Anthony/Elaine,
He was the son of Walter Catley (1835-1906) and Lucretia nee Wheeler. His
closest living relative that I know of, with whom I have contact, is his 2nd
cousin once removed Edward Reginald Catley (Ted) in Australia who pops up on
this list from time to time and should thus get this e-mail.
Suspect that whoever has put in a bid already is a collector and not a James
Catley of Barley family tree member.

He was KIA at Salonika 14 September 1916. CWGC have him as son of
Mrs.
Lucretia Catley, of Daws End, Anstey, Buntingford, Herts. I do not think
his service record has survived. Tim might know more. Anthony
