This list is very quiet - that's because everyone has managed to
get their
line back to 1066 right ? Didn't think so.
The idea of this list is to help us become aware of other CAT(T)LEY
researchers' interests, partly so that we don't keep reinventing the wheel,
but also to try to assist each other where possible. Also, by posting to
the list, we can all read replies and possibly glean bits of information
about the name we are researching - whether we spell it with one or two Ts.
Erica's message is a timely reminder to me to drum up business for the Catley
Database, located on my website (URL below). If any member of the list has
**new** information for the database please email it to me, preferably as a
block of tab or comma delimited text with a blank line between each record,

Before submitting data, please check that it is not already in the database.
It is a real pain to detect and remove duplicate records. Please note,
however, that records from different sources (e.g. the IGI and a PR) don't
count as duplicates.
Best wishes
Chris
