I would imagine it will be Farndon 'Ann' as per data below.
The estate referred to is known locally as Clumber Park, was one of a series
appearing in the
Dukeries area of north Nottinghamshire - google Clumber Park to see photos
of the estate.

Subject: [CATLEY] Ann Catley // Piece 852. Book 9. Page 1.
Here is an interesting one:-
1841 census shows an Ann Catley age given as 28 and born in the county, one
of 40+ servants working for the Duke of Newcastle at his estate called
Clumber in the Parish of Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
Its real "Downton Abbey" stuff only evidently on an even larger scale!
In addition to the Duke age 56, we have what appears to be his children:-

In addition to the Duke age 56, we have what appears to be his children:-
Lord Hi Clinton age 25
Lady Georgiana Clinton age 30
Lady Charlot Clinton age 28
Lady Caroline Clinton age 22
Lady Henrietta Clinton age 21
Looks like the Duke may have been having difficulties marrying his daughters off with four of them still living at the family seat.
In addition to the house itself, we see more servants at Clumber Stables and more again at Clumber Lodge.
Am naturally wondering to which Catley tree Ann belongs :- Ancestry suggests a year of birth of 1813. This would fit exactly with Ann a member of the William Catley of Farndon tree who upon her death at Southwell, Notts (spinster) in 1883 left effects to the value of £505-5s-3d.
Another possible Ann could be that born 1807 a member of the William of Willingham tree but she is known to have married a John Newbold and looks less likely.
Think that the only Lister who has done any detailed work on the Nottinghamshire Catley trees is David whilst on his eternal quest in tracing his large Lincolnshire tree many of whom spread out into adjoining Counties which includes Notts.
I am very busy at present (hence silence!) trying to identify all Cat*leys showing on the UK 1841 census and thus do not have the time to look further at the Clumber situation but evidently there is a nice little? research project waiting to be done there.
Cheers
Tim
