asking him to receive a patent from Mr. COLMAN for the use of Tho: PAGE

of the attorney for Mrs. EATON) to deliver the patent for her use in
court. Asks that the patent be given to Mr. GILSON for safekeeping.

Thomas HARWOOD, acting with a letter of attorney from Joan EATON sells
to John CATLETT the 304 acres of land; land from the estate of her
deceased son Geo: EATON. Witnessed by John HUNT and Wm.: CHARINGTON.

creates a deed of gift to her son Will: CLARKE. Deed includes a cow and

not attain the age of 17 years. Then the items to her next heir (not

pounds of tobacco. Ordered to pay with costs.
