Morning Karon, funny you should mention David Catlett, I talked with Pam
last year and she had said to try to contact David about Alexander and
Susannah, I tried for six months, couldn't locate the correct one, I just
gave up, if anyone does find a David Catlett, please post to list, maybe he
will be the right one. Thanks Tudie
I've been through my CompuServe mail files (I don't use that account
much any more) and located an address for Lee, as of October 1997. I've
sent an invitation to him at that address, asking him to join us here.
So far the e-mail has not bounced.
I also noticed I'd received e-mail in late Oct 1997 from another David
"Dave" Catlett. He apparently worked for Texas Instruments (and may
still). His line appears to descend from a John and Rebecca CATLETT, in
NC in the late 1700's. Pam may know of him, as well. I've not heard
from Pam yet -- I did send her and others (recorded in my current
address book) invites yesterday.
As I have time, I'll try putting together a list of "missing" Catlett
researchers. There was at one time, 15+ searchers on CompuServe. I've
not heard anything from or about many of them in over 3 years. But,
perhaps posting list of them here will jog someone's memory.
About this list -- PLEASE pass the word -- the more, the merrier.
