Mr. McCoy, from the Committee of Claims, made a report on the petition of
Minerva Catlett, accompanied by a
bill (No. 576) for the relief of the representatives of Doctor Hanson
Catlett, deceased; which bill was read the
first and second time, and committed to a Committee of the Whole House
to-morrow.
