Could this Catlett Campbell be related to a John Campbell

I replied to Pam on Friday with the following, which was intended for the
CATLETT list:
"Dolitha" is believed to be Dorothy, per marriage recorded in the family bible
record (of George Catlett), sister of George CATLETT (my ancestor); both
believed to be children of David CATLETT and Ann MORGAN. David was born
(about 1753) in Prince William Co., VA (about 16 miles from Dumfries), per his
Revolutionary War pension application file.
