Karon,
Things have slowed down on our Hanson George Catlett book, since the big surge
of the discovered papers of his and determining that he is the son of Grandison
Catlett and Mary Gassaway. We have a good rough draft, but no publisher yet.
Henry Mayo is working on that end of the project. We think maybe a Texas college
press would be the best. Henry's dad has some connections. Dennis Drummond, our
writer who has a Catlett connection had gone back to work full time, so that has
put a cramp in our style. He was doing a wonderful job.
I've made contact with more cousins in Texas which is exciting and have gained
more information. I just received a letter from my second cousin, Aubrey and she
is interested in working on the book now that she is out of school and working.

Hi Catlett List Members --
Anyone home? Anyone actively researching any CATLETT lines? Anyone have any
breakthroughs this summer?
