Bullock, William vs John Catlett
John Catlett executed a deed dated 2 Oct 1802 to William Bullock for land he
claimed by deed from his father, Benjamin Catlett. Benjamin Catlett and
Mary Catlett his wife conveyed "all his lands" to Elijah Catlett on 20 Jan
1802. Benjamin Catlett is now dead and John Catlett resides in Kentucky.

Benjamin Catlett furnished a bond for his brother, John Catlett, Jr., in a
suit with Malachi Foot.

Elizabeth Catlett states that her former husband, Reuben Catlett, who died
in Feb 1794, had debts with William Miller & Co. of Port Royal.

Catlett, Elizabeth, widow and administrator with Francis Catlett, of the
will of Reuben Catlett vs Reuben Catlett, et al.
Elizabeth Catlett and Francis Catlett against Reuben Catlett, Mary Catlett,
Elizabeth Catlett and Robert Catlett, John Catlett, Alice Catlett and
Benjamin Catlett. James Pittman is guardian to the Infant Defendants to wit
Robert, John, Alice, and Benjamin Catlett. Estate is divided with one third
to Elizabeth Catlett as her Dower and the rest is divided into nine equal
parts that are to go to each of the complainants and defendants.

Reuben Catlett, Mary Catlett and Elizabeth Catlett sue Elizabeth Catlett as
administratrix of their deceased brother, Laurence Catlett, who died
intestate, unmarried and without issue.

Catlett in a trust dated 20 Jan 1802 and whereon Mary Catlett, Sally Catlett
and Edward Jones and Judith Jones now live. Land is in St. Mary and bounded
by Benjamin W. Coleman, corner to Major John T. Woodford, edge of old Mount
Swamp, William Bullock and Kenner's line.
